We use the information we collect to: • Deliver your license key and order confirmation via email • Validate and manage your software license • Process refunds or handle support requests • Send critical service announcements (e.g., product updates, security notices) • Comply with legal obligations We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Payment Processing
All card payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. CNAX Software never has access to your full card number, CVV, or banking details. Stripe's privacy policy governs how your payment data is handled. For cryptocurrency payments, only the transaction hash you submit is stored.
4. Email Communications
By purchasing a product, you consent to receive transactional emails including: • Order confirmation and license key delivery • License expiry reminders (for subscriptions) • Critical product updates or security notices You will not be added to any marketing lists without explicit opt-in. You can unsubscribe from non-essential communications at any time by contacting support.
5. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored in a secure, encrypted database hosted on Turso (LibSQL). We implement industry-standard security practices including: • Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS) • Hashed and salted passwords (bcrypt) • JWT-based authentication with short expiry windows • No plaintext storage of sensitive credentials While we take security seriously, no system is 100% secure. Please use a strong, unique email address and report any suspected unauthorized access immediately.

We retain your order and license data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide support and comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting support. Note that deleting your data will revoke your license and cannot be undone.
