TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using any CNAX Software product ("Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Software. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Licensee") and CNAX Software ("Company").
2. License Grant
Upon purchase, CNAX Software grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and use the Software on the number of devices specified by your license tier: • Basic — up to 1 device • Pro — up to 3 devices • Lifetime — up to 5 devices This license is for personal or internal business use only. You may not sublicense, sell, rent, lease, or transfer your license to any third party.
3. Restrictions
You may not: • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Software • Copy, modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the Software • Distribute, publish, or share the Software or your license key with any third party • Use the Software for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations • Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on the Software • Share, publish, or publicly post your license key
4. License Keys
License keys are personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for keeping your license key confidential. CNAX Software reserves the right to revoke license keys that have been shared publicly, used fraudulently, or obtained through unauthorized means. Revoked licenses will not be refunded.
5. Subscriptions and Billing
Monthly and annual subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.
6. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of the Software and the immediate delivery of license keys, all sales are final. Refunds are not provided except where required by applicable law. If you experience a technical issue that prevents the Software from functioning as advertised, please contact support within 7 days of purchase for assistance.
7. Updates and Support
Active subscribers receive free updates during their subscription period. Lifetime license holders receive free updates for the major version purchased. CNAX Software may provide updates, bug fixes, or new features at its discretion. Support is provided via email on a best-effort basis.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. CNAX SOFTWARE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. THE SOFTWARE IS A TRADING ANALYTICS TOOL AND DOES NOT CONSTITUTE FINANCIAL ADVICE. SIGNALS AND MARKET ANALYSIS PROVIDED BY THE SOFTWARE ARE FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. CNAX SOFTWARE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY TRADING LOSSES INCURRED THROUGH USE OF THE SOFTWARE.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CNAX SOFTWARE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, TRADING LOSSES, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF CNAX SOFTWARE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL CNAX SOFTWARE'S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SOFTWARE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
10. Termination
CNAX Software may terminate or suspend your license immediately, without prior notice, if you breach any provision of these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies in your possession. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Software shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
12. Changes to Terms
CNAX Software reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the website. Your continued use of the Software after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
